Drop-off is 8:00 to 11:00 AM depending on the package. Plan for an early dinner the night before, no late checkouts that morning, and aim for bed before midnight.

We confirm with the operator - balloons run on shared schedules with weather windows - and send a written confirmation including your pickup time.
